New Section with Monthly Survey: This Month, Utilities as a Percent of Expenses

Beginning this month, each newsletter will have a new, short survey. Results will be summarized in the following month.

The topic of this month’s survey is your total utility bill. Historically percentage of operating costs for utilities ranges between 2.5% and 6.8% (schools, ACA, nonprofits, CCCA). Source Outdoor Site and Facility Management: Tools for Creating Memorable Places, pages 123-125).
