Here’s a great idea I picked up when I was at the CAMPference last spring in Texas. The conference was at Inn of the Hills in Kerrville, and their rooms were in the process of being renovated. In the lobby were three signs showing and describing their work.
Adding a fresh coat of paint, changing the décor, or updating a room is great way to keep your facilities current. More importantly, it creates a positive image to your guests. When you visibly describe your improvements in prominent locations (signage, Web site, and social media), you can both inform and excite current and future guests.
