When facilities staff are performing their job (maintenance, repair, installation, etc.), what quality standard are they expected to meet? Done well? Close to perfect? Good enough?

Are there different standards for different types of work, e.g., do some projects need close to perfect, while other projects are fine with a standard of “just enough”?
