With your team, administration, committee, board, etc., discuss:
- What direct and indirect annual facility costs are included in guest fees? (utilities, supplies, services such as pest control, etc.)
- Are the costs adequate for the property’s needs?
- Does your written paragraph (on the web, in literature) explain the need for the facility costs?
- What are the trends in the facility costs? Is there a long-term plan for them?
- Can all staff interpret and explain the written paragraph to guests?
