We’re in the information age with lots of data. With your team, administration, committee, board, etc., discuss:
- What faculties data do you collect and use? (such as utilities, soil, noxious weeds, number of service calls, maintenance requests?)
- Who manages your data?
- What data is collected to measure the success of the site and facilities?
- What site and facilities data is summarized for the board, perhaps as part of a scorecard?
- Do you use both short-term and long-term data? (such as replacement, planning, cost estimation, ROI, etc.)
- What trend data do you use from the Internet (such as utility pricing, solar installation, etc.)
